Children's Church

Children's Church has been going great. Thank you Jesus for all your anointing on this. We've been growing. We have been seeing more kids coming in and getting blessed. As soon as we hit 30 kids, I have promised to color my hair. The kids have decided it has to be a rainbow of colors. OMG! We are almost there! I have to parade through the church. I'm exicted. Keep coming back and find out what will be happening. Coming up we will be having our annual Harvest Fest. We will have plenty of candy, games and booths set up. Everything is completely free! This is our way of reaching our community. Keep coming back to see what is happening.

Boomerang Express Vacation Bible School

G'day Mate! Are you ready for the outback? At the Boomerang Express it all comes back to Jesus! It is once again time for Vacation Bible School. VBS will be going from June 29th to July 3rd from 5pm to 7pm. Wednesday will be regular church time of 7pm-830pm. This is a free event. Although we will be taking up an offering each day. The money raised will be sent missionary's that are really out there spreading the word of God. If you know kids that are between the ages of 5 and 12, or PreK to 5th grade bring them on. IT'S TIME FOR SUMMER CAMP!!!! June 21 to June 27th
Get ready, get set, GO!!! Our children will be going to Prescott Pines Camp in, yes you guessed it, Prescott, Arizona. This year's theme is: Roundup, The Day of Reckoning. They will once again be joining Davy Crocket and his gang for a rip roaring good time.

Children's Church has begun!!!

We have officially started Children's Church. Each Sunday morning we start and stay together. The kids have met Gil, Reggie, Sarah and mom and dad. They are learning new songs, memory verses and much much more. Thank you Jesus!! Come and join us for a Sunday morning jam packed with games, puppets and lots of fun learning about Jesus. This Sunday morning is "Popcorn Day." Each Sunday we will have different "treats" going on. We have given the kids a challenge. When we reach 30 kids I will color my hair and walk with the kids into "Big Church" and show the adults. The kids have decided I should have a rainbow head.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!!!!

In 1 Corinthians 13 it tells us about God's love. It never fails us. Love is patient and love is kind. Love is not jealous, it doesn't brag, and it's not proud. Love is not rude, or selfish and doesn't get upset with others. Love doesn't co9unt u wrongs that have been done. Love patiently accepts all things. It always trusts, always hopes and always remains strong. Basically God's love never fails.
This is LOVE month. We celebrated God's love today in Sunday school. The kids made heart photo frames and frosted their own heart cookies. We had a great time learning about Jesus' undying love for us. Thank you Jesus for your love!!!!

Teachers Meeting 2-2-09

Hello once again! I just wanted to take a moment and thank those that showed up to our meeting last night. Thank you so much for helping Susan and I with our children's christian education. We are so thankful!! Jesus has put us all together and I believe that this ministry will take off and explode! We can go nowhere else but up!! Thank you Jesus!!!!!!!

2009 is here. Can you believe it? There are going to be new things happening in our children's ministry. We are in the process of building it up. With God on our side it will happen. There is a lot of work to be done. Keep us in your prayers as we work on building up the kingdom of God.

Our children did a great job in our Christmas play. They sang great! The teens did a great job in the play. Thank you to all those that helped out!!! You are truly appreciated.
